Return & Refund Policy

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Customers must provide photos or videos of damaged items.
• Refunds or replacements may be offered for:
  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received
  • Lost packages
• Refunds will NOT be issued for:
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customer
  • Buyer changing their mind
  • Normal shipping delays outside our control
  • Minor differences in color, size, or appearance caused by screen settings
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We reserve the right to request additional evidence before approving refunds or replacements.
